To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our Delivery fees indicate local delivery prices based on size / weight with in Sydney Metro and ground level ( flat ) access or lift, if you need delivery arranged outside of Sydney and/or upstairs or lifted over on any object, please contact us prior. Additional delivery fee may be added.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty
Please note, we require in person inspection on our appliances or at least a video camera inspection before purchase. We do not offer FULL REFUND based on customer’s change of mind due to lack of quality, cleanliness or any unsatisfying factor in regarding the purchased appliances. Please read our Ts&Cs on our website how much is refundable in these cases.
No Full Refund, if Wrong size!
Warranty applies on any mechanical defects that effects the defrosting or cooling technology of our refrigerators. Our warranty also applies on any other appliances, if mechanically defected and/or cannot be used as it should operate according to the manufacturer unless stated otherwise. For example computer communication issues, defrosting issues and/or fault code on display or fault code alarm present.
In case of warranty repair, you are entitled for a repair which you claim through Sydney Appliances Outlet Pty Ltd and Sydney Appliances Outlet Pty Ltd arranges a technician for your issue in regarding your purchased item. If the appliance cannot be fixed you will be offered the same appliance or similar model as a compensation.
There are no charges applicable as long as you fall within your warranty period on your appliance repair.
If someone has done work on your fridge with out Sydney Appliances Outlet Pty Ltd knowing about it, you may be refused your warranty repair with in warranty period.
Warranty doesn’t apply on any missing or damaged parts/ accessories of our appliances that are used/secondhand and/or factory seconds. Only for the new boxed items warranty applies if any accessories or parts are missing and/or damaged unless stated otherwise in the description on advertisement.
We cannot test secondhand water dispensers or ice makers, the warranty only applies on our new appliance’s water dispenser & ice makers.

In case of an unlikely event of a breakdown, the seller takes no responsibility, does not provide any compensation for food or beverages or any other content that the buyer stores in the refrigerator or freezer even, if the refrigerator stops cooling.
Strictly with in warranty period the seller takes care of the repair with the seller's own trusted technicians which could be third party technician team or the brand's original technicians. With in warranty period there is no call out fee or any parts and labour fee that the buyer has to pay unless it is stated otherwise on purchase invoice.
After warranty time period expired the seller can only refer technicians to fix the buyers issue but have no obligation to solve the breakdown. The fee that the breakdown causes after the warranty time expired has to be paid by the buyer or an appointed person by the buyer and not by the seller.
If buyer had own pick up arranged instead of a home delivery arranged by seller, can result a request from seller to buyer to drop item back to base or where the item has been purchased and picked up from, however it is not the case in every time.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
